1. Production & Dispatch Times

Because our store features two completely different types of products, handling times depend strictly on what you purchase:

•  Diecast Cars (Ready to Ship): Average dispatch time is within 48 hours of placing your order.
•  3D Printed Models (Made to Order): We use precision filament printing technology to manufacture items as they are ordered. Average dispatch time is within 48 hours once the model is finished printing and has passed our quality check.

Please Note: If your order contains a mix of both diecast cars and 3D printed items, the entire order will ship together in one package once your 3D prints are complete.

 2. Shipping Services & Delivery Estimates

We partner exclusively with reputable shipping services to ensure your package is handled safely and comes with reliable tracking.

• Estimated Delivery Time: Once dispatched from our facility, standard delivery takes an estimated 2 to 7 business days to arrive at your door.
• Potential Delays: While we guarantee our dispatch times, please note that the final delivery window is an estimate. Expected delivery times may be delayed based on local circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, carrier bottlenecks, government holidays, or regional postal disruptions.
• Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number once your package has been handed over to the carrier.

 3. Our Packaging Standards (Collector-Grade)

As collectors and hobbyists, we treat every order with maximum care because we know how frustrating transit damage can be:

• Diecast Protection: We ship all diecast cars in sturdy cardboard boxes with ample bubble wrap or packing peanuts. We promise to protect the cardback and plastic blister.
• 3D Print Protection: Filament prints are durable, but fine structural details can be fragile. We wrap all 3D printed models individually in protective padding to prevent shifting or snapping during transit.

4. Damages and Incorrect Addresses                    

• Damaged Items: If your order arrives broken or damaged due to rough transit, please contact us at Dualleafcollectibles@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the damaged item.

Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, the buyer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
