What is the difference between “Mint” and “Non-Mint” listings?
We clearly state the packaging condition in every product description.
- Mint: The item, its cardback, and the plastic blister are in flawless collector-grade condition.
- Non-Mint: The diecast car inside is perfectly fine, but the packaging may have minor flaws like soft corners, small creases, or light shelf wear.
Can I request photos of a specific diecast car before buying?
Yes! If you are a card collector and want to see the exact item you will receive, please message us through our contact page before placing your order.
How do you determine the prices for your diecast cars?
We aim to keep our prices as collector-budget-friendly as possible! Our pricing structure generally depends on how we source the items:
- Standard Releases: Most of our regular stock is priced directly at standard MRP (Maximum Retail Price).
- Special Sourcing & Imports: For rare, hard-to-find, or exclusive models, our pricing is based on the costs of international outsourcing, import custom duties, and local taxes.
Why are some models priced higher than local retail stores?
When we import exclusive pieces or rare variants that aren’t widely available in the local market, we absorb international shipping fees, supplier premiums, customs duties, and safe warehouse storage costs to keep the models pristine. We calculate these extra costs carefully to ensure the final price remains fair and budget-friendly for the collector community.
How long does it take to make and ship custom 3D printed items?
Because our dioramas, models, and custom parts are made-to-order, the timeline depends entirely on the complexity of the model design and the physical printing hours required. Intricate or larger designs take longer to prepare and print safely. Once the printing process finishes and the item successfully passes our quality inspection, it will be carefully packed and dispatched from our workshop within 48 hours.
Will my 3D printed models look perfectly smooth?
All of our models are manufactured using high-quality filament-based (FDM) 3D printing technology. Due to the nature of this process, minor surface layer lines and small physical artifacts are completely normal characteristics of the build. They do not impact the structural integrity of the item and are not considered manufacturing defects.
What happens if my 3D print arrives broken or damaged?
We pack our 3D models with extreme care, but if a piece arrives broken due to rough courier handling, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Is an unboxing video required for a damaged 3D print claim?
es. To protect our workshop against false claims, a continuous, completely unedited unboxing video is strictly mandatory to receive a replacement or a refund. The video must show the completely sealed shipping box, the shipping label, and the uninterrupted opening process showing the damage inside. Photos or post-opened videos will not be accepted.
Can I request a custom scale, color, or modification?
Absolutely! If you need a specific scale variant for your diecast diorama or a custom color scheme not listed on the product page, please reach out to us via our contact page before placing an order so we can discuss feasibility and pricing.
