1. Product Condition Rules

•  Diecast Cars: Items are sold based on the condition stated in their descriptions (“Mint” or “Non-Mint”). By purchasing, you accept the stated condition of the item and its packaging.
•  3D Printed Models: All models are made-to-order using filament technology. Minor layer lines are a normal characteristic of 3D printing, not a defect

2.Intellectual Property (3D Designs)

• Buying is not owning the design: When you buy a physical 3D printed item from us, you are only buying that single plastic model. You do not own the digital design.
• No copying or reshaping: You strictly agree not to copy, mold, 3D scan, or replicate our 3D prints to sell them yourself.
• Personal use only: These items are made for your personal collection, not for you to mass-produce or resell commercially.

3. Shipping & Delays

We use reputable carriers with a 2–7 business day delivery estimate. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by local circumstances (weather, carrier disruptions, holidays).

4. Returns & Cancellations

• Diecast Returns: Strictly limited to wrong or defective items. We do not accept change-of-mind returns. You must notify us within our 4-day return window, and the buyer pays return shipping. Refunds are released only after our physical inspection.
• 3D Printed Orders: Cancellations are only allowed within 12 hours of ordering. No returns allowed.

5. Mandatory Damage Verification

To claim a refund or replacement for items damaged during transit, you must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the sealed shipping box being opened. Photo evidence alone will not be accepted.
